Yeoman's Mike Healey just published a new report on calculating cloud ROI for InformationWeek.  The report is part of an all digital "State of the Cloud" report.  Most, if not all, ROI calculations around cloud leave out some critical cost factors including monitoring, security auditing, bandwidth upgrades, and yes, training.

The report has already garnered a lot of attention and feedback across the industry.  The full report includes an excel template for calculating cloud ROI.
