The Yeoman Team will be the lead researchers and analysts for a new InformationWeek report on the challenges enterprises face managing multiple web systems.

Most organizations have patched together their Web interfaces over the years and ended up with separate systems for customer support, sales, vendors, marketing and more. The disconnect even extends into the organization itself -- different business units or departments rarely meet to review an overall vision of the company's Web-facing presence. Making things worse, when the problem is confronted, some organizational units typically are left out of the process to create a unified Web presence.
