Slow Site Survey = Low Speed Sites Kill Sales

A survey of 1,500 consumers found that many experience slow retail sites in the weeks before Christmas. About 42% of respondents said they have abandoned their shopping carts on slow-running sites, and 34% said they are more likely to move to another site when they experience a slow one.
