Twitter revealed their plans to add 'corporate' features to their system in early 2010. This includes master accounts that can be accessed by multiple users, as well as bylines that can be added to individual tweets.

These are great features for sure, but before you drop everything, make sure you're putting social networking in its proper context. Twitter is only one component of social networking, which is only one of the possible sales channels for your organization.
